I've been in the BPO industry for 9 yrs now. TaskUs is my 5th center. So far this is the best company for me. I like the culture, the people and the management. They're always concern about our well-being. I like the free food, wellness sessions, free snacks etc. Thank you TU!

I've been in the BPO industry for more that 10 years, and this is the first BPO that I like. I hope to stay until my retirement, but I wish to get more opportunities and perks. Thank you Task Us!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are handling a finance account. We're getting paid lower than the other companies offer to their employees.

We help and support each other. Our TL manage us so well. She keeps listening to us, wether it is about work or personal issues.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The expectation is too high but the salary is too low compared to other BPO's. At the moment, I consider our HMO as the worst HMO that I received since I started working in BPO.
