Got quite a handful of offers outside TaskUs but I simply could not leave this company because of the culture and people who truly care about me. This is the only company where my potential is recognized and appreciated and continues to help me grow further.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of the inflation, basic goods and utilities now costs a lot. While we are thankful that we still get merit increase, however, we have to wait for the entire year before we get them. Cavite rate is less competitive so I wish the teamcould look at switching annual merit to quarterly/bi-annual.
