I have a very supportive Team Lead who has been very supportive and a group of people who I consider family. The management is so accommodating that I don't think I will find another one like it. Overall rating: AWESOME!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Its been a long ride and the ride has been worth it. The only downside is not knowing how long this ride will last. There is a question of job security. Sadly, as long as there is no cleansing period for violations and it being deemed accumulative, most of us do not feel secured with our jobs.

They are approachable and really cares for their people.

The culture where you can speak your mind and be ridiculous. We are informed, inspired, interested and involved. The Engagement team helps us break the monotonous cycle in the office.
