Teamwork really makes the dream work. My coworkers and I make it to a point to help each other out.

I commend them on how they handle their people by laying out all the sources to motivate and keep their people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transportation allowance should be added to our compensation as we have transferred to a different site. More consistent and monthly incentives should be provided.
