First two years are great. Now, not really. Especially because applying in internal position is almost impossible. Little to no update. Felt like you were left hanging. Im really looking forward to work here for a long time.And I hope management will improve on how they provide care to all employees

Not really putting all the pressure at the same time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are striving as a team. No man left behind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cant think of any at the moment. We could use a huge improvement with the environment part. Especially that work load is not easy. Could have done better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Expenses have gone triple since pandemic. And coming back to work on site has been very challenging. Especially, traveling to the new Cavite site. Transportation is the number one challenge. Schedules given are not compatible to the available transportation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management.My first two years with taskus, i am always excited to work and even working on my sick days. Aside from being able to work from home, my leaders have been very helpful and accommodating.Now,its quite the opposite.Going to work is a challenge. Financially and physically due to transpo
