Discrepancies with the pay/salary have been a problem as well as our Team Leader's behavior, but other than that, I'm happy to be in this company. Looking forward to a salary raise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have an experience of not being paid for the schedule discrepancy last October 2022, up until now, I don't get paid for the days I have worked.
