Been with the company for almost 7 years already. The first few years are fun. I am feeling challenged at the moment because of the KPIs and there are times when I think of quitting. Still, I try to find reasons to stay.

I think the company should review and make changes by increasing the salary cap for teammates

I feel like the salary being offered is less than what is being offered by other competitors for the same job description.
