I love the people and the work, just the wages and policies are not fair towards the frontlines, we have to go through a lot to get little things done, there is no flexibility in work due to policies that are unnecessary and only increase trouble for frontlines.

Nothing much nobody cares whats going on at the bottom, Frontline people are never heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are the best team! everyone is awesome and interactive, we have many activities apart from work which keeps us bonded.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The raise i and my colleagues received is less than inflation in this country our salary literally decreased and the worst thing is we can do nothing about it, The organization does not think the people working for them since years deserve a fair salary and the irony is they are happy to hire more
