initially due to new clients, the hype was high..however due to recent decline in brand value and negative impact created by management, it has gone worse. Still nobody cares at top. they just want to hush out things rather than face it and admit their mistakes

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
WFO should be made mandate with team building funds for team outing and regular RnR for appreciation and upskilling. Right now everything is done at last momemnt just before ESAT is rolled out
