For the past year, it was all good the when I was already nearing my first year that's when the Recruitment Leadership decided to redeploy some us and mishandling the situation which made a lot of us really dissatisfied.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Giving gift cards and giving incentives for dinner/lunch.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
my basic salary and allowances
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Giving what the employees need such as good benefits (but could be better).
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better leadership skills from our manager - do some process improvements and have connection with each members.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Proper handling of the members of the department. Especially the leads of recruitment - they were not able to handle the redeployment very well and now they are hiring new leaders but not approving backfills of the rank and file EE.
