My team are really supportive and they are always there for each other

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

If the company if asking one agent to come to the office and the others are working from home then this is not good. If they want there agent at office then you should ask the whole team to come to office. It looks like partiality.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should now provide the wfh option to the other employees well. there are some employees who had been working from home from last 1 year and we are not give this opportunity. The rule that you have to provide your replacement if you want to wfh is totally wrong
