With the benefits I get like HMO, leaves, etc., I would say that the company stays to its mantra of people first before profit. I hope that the clients would also follow this mindset in order for the employees to remain loyal to them.

They communicate well with each other. Everyone contributes their fair share. They offer each other support. Team members are diverse. They have fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for the additional tasks that are beyond our line of business, I believe that we deserve Skills Allowance. Our daily prod target is also unrealistic mathematically
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TaskUs has built its company culture on two core pillars. The first is a people-first mindset in terms of growth, wellness, and the maximization of employee potential and performance within and outside of the workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
BPO has been known all throughout the years to provide a very competitive compensation especially here in the Philippines. However, the basic pay in Imus is lower than the basic pay of other TaskUs sites. I also believe that content moderation campaigns deserve to have skills allowance.
