We are happy with each others company and friendship. We get along and motivate each other to have a happy and harmonious journey together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’ve been with this company for more than a year now, however there is no annual increase happened. Incentives will be provided to those who performed well. I am performing but maybe not as its best as there are tons who are performing
