well i'm having fun good environment it;s just i think we are not getting the right salary that we deserve, just hoping they could see this and do something about our salary.:(

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm hoping we'll paid what we deserve. i feel like we are working in a telco company. this is the reason why i move to this company to have a fun environment and not toxic acct but now i feel like i'm in a telco company and paying a minimum only :(
