What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The support team have solid working relationship.

What makes you most happy at work?

My team. And my other site support workmates.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Im honestly ok with my compensation if Im not doing special projects that impacts the whole PH sites. But since I am, an employee bonus every month/quarter at least not just or me but for other support members too would be great.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My co-leads have been used to being mediocre that they no longer think of things to innovate things, processes, etc. They rely on performing leads to introduce new and better ways of doing things then, complain when they're being pushed because it means that they're leaving their comfort zone.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I know that me and my leaders (at least up to senior manager level) are pretty much aligned on our goals. But within the executive level, I hope that they'll be more sensitive and adjust on how they deal with other members of the organization (entry levels) to avoid being misunderstood.
