Honestly, there are times I really feel disappointed with the management. Especially when I feel that we are being neglected. Good thing I have a very supportive team and Supervisor. I Happened to love this company as well. I have lots of happy memories and good people i met.

Despite there are some cons or need to change, I'm still hoping that TaskUs will still consider to hear our voice. I hope leaders will see our value, especially for us tenured who whole heartedly put their dedication to the company.

My Team is awesome. No pressure since we work as a team.

As for my immediate superior and manager; they really value my work and as a person. Not sure for some leaders especially in the executive level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair rate. We give our best on the tasks assigned and always meet the expectations of the people we serve and our leaders ask to do. Within the same department, same designation, same work/task we've been doing but not even or fair compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am with the team for 6 years and I am one of the pioneers in the department. I am glad having them guide me, teach me and enjoying working with each other. Even things are getting hard, things became easy coz we really work as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am on my 10th year. I dedicated my work in bringing the best service to our clients, executives and co employees. Some companies are really thankful to their employees who give their loyalty and hard work by acknowledging them. I just feel no one sees it in the executive level.
