TaskUs handled the pandemic situation well but after months of RTO, it started gradually getting bad. Inflation rises but salary is still. Employees can feel the "cost saving" we are doing and it badly affects the decisions of the leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my closest friends and interacting to new people and dogs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Celebrating birthdays and other events that are being hosted by the engagement team with gifts and prizes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
-My team is super fun when it's really time for fun. -Most of us in the team are hardworking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
-They need to acknowledge when mistakes have been made -They need to initiate increase of salary -They need to reassess and make better decisions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a TaskUs employee for 6 years and just had my increase this month. My current compensation is around Php 30,000 and it wouldn't even be that much if I didn't ask for it. My teammate who's been with the company for just more than a year with same post is receiving more than what I am earning.
