I really am thankful with the company, esp. that TaskUs has been a great help in putting my daughter at a good school. I was satisfied with my work, until just recently, there has been a lot of demands from us, that is redundant work. I feel that we are just going to work to use GFORM. EXHAUSTING

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very compassionate about the employees and understands their situation
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work etiquette. Majority of the internally hired TLs does not live up to TaskUs core values.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are external hired TLs that were asking for 50k+ salary and being granted. I have been with the company for 4 years now and i feel that the salary difference between existing TLs and external TLs is high. Realignment will be good
