The people, the team mates specifically

The people. The majority get along day to day.

Communication, transparency and follow through.

The gaming atmosphere and perhaps the gym people are the only positive thing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

TaskUs needs to be much more competitive than the other call centers in the city.

What makes you most happy at work?

The only thing at this point is my team mates. Everything else is just gossip and drama.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture has its positives and negatives. Its upbeat and friendly but sometimes seems too much like high school.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The majority are always in a bad mood. Realistically I dread coming to work every day and have already begun seeking elsewhere.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone is so uptight, probably because no one makes enough money, leaders are over stressed and in a bad mood all the time.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team itself is the only reason to stay. Since they have begun leaving little by little it makes it more appetizing to leave also .

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our teams are like a second family, not including leaders. We know each other, we engage, we get to know about them and their families, outside activities etc. Management barely knows their names.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It used to be a fun engaging place to work, now its just toxic in most areas. Everyone here just blames another team instead of doing what they can to solve a problem

What are some of the best things about your team?

The unity we have even though our OM is not up to par, our SOM is new and we don't even know our VP. With our teammates we depend on and help each other pretty much for anything.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Alot of benefits here have been discontinued and now makes it "just another call center" one of many. And one that pays about the least. The competitor pays 6000mxn a week for regular agents, not even TL's with tenure make that a week.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Its exhausting sometimes coming to a place where management doesn't seem to care, doesn't do anything to motivate its team to do better and keep clients. Maybe they do really care, but they don't show it or an importance of keeping clients happy.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership in Tijuana does not do anything to retain employee who have been at work long term. They focus more on new hires who don't even want to be here and just came for a hiring bonus. Open communication is needed and this is a concept not know to task us Tijuana.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

All of the above. They worry more about keeping people who don't want to be here just to keep attrition low, but do nothing for the employees that have been here for more than a year. I feel like all management should be wiped out and start over with people who are actually qualified and WANT it
