They need to rethink on how to act with every changes that occur since it makes them appear entitled

some tls are not mindful about each teammates' natures and personalities and expect them to be interactive and extroverted most of the time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe they should be listening to their teammates inputs and they should also be more involved in the process during operations. It seems like sometimes their suggestions are out of touch with how things are happening during production
