So far, this is the only company I've been with who cares for the employees' mental wellbeing. Their concern for everyone is real. You can feel it in the air.

Free medical coverage for my dependents and my Skill Allowance which I really hope would not be removed in the future.

Helping each other all the time. Teamwork Makes The Dream Work! And I'm so lucky to have a very supportive, kind, and has high emotional intelligence team leader.

Being with my team (they are family to me), being able to accomplish my daily tasks, feeling fulfilled after accomplishing my tasks, learning new things everyday that contributes to my growth as a person.

They're fun to be with. They are focused on team goals and they do their best to meet them. They are always at their best when it comes to performance, always thinking about everyone on the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thought of being with my team (virtually as we are on a WFH setup). My team leader and my co-teammates in the team are my inspiration. They make me feel valued. And I love the sense of humor!

My company always think about the employees' needs and interest. They make sure everything is in balance -- work, personal life, some engagements at work to lighten up stressed out teammates, and we have the CHEERS squad to perk up our day.

What's positive about the culture and environment of my company is its diversity - the sense of freedom, the respect, the genuinely caring environment. The company supports your dreams and aspirations, and it helps everyone grow in their own unique ways.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An internet allowance should be provided since there are teammates like me who pays for internet connection only because of work. We're always subscribed to prepaid data promos. Internet bill doesn't really help in making life easier especially for a sole provider and solo parent like me. :(
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't really feel undervalued, it's just that with the low basic pay we have here it's hard to accommodate additional expense like the monthly internet bill. Perhaps we could allocate an internet allowance so that our monthly pay would be use solely for our family and utility bills at home.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. The culture. The love and care they show by asking us or trying to know what they can do to fulfill our needs as an employee. It is important for teammates like me to feel that I'm voice is being heard and the company does their best to meet our needs so we can be more effective at work.
