At first working here seemed great but as time has progressed a lot of the benefits are slowly being taken away, and the communication is becoming more and more vague.

My coworkers who are always trying to look at the brighter side and still trying to remain upbeat
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The description of our role under the contract is constantly changing yet the pay is not following suit, Also the yearly pay increase is barely an increase.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
TaskUs doesnt understand the job that we perform under our specific contract so it imposes rules as if this is any other call center with sensitive info which makes it harder to perform our role for 8 hours a day
