the work on my lob is not stressful unlike the other lobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the salary is not inflation friendly. been with taskus for almost 8 years and the salary has not improved given our situation right now and most of us are rto. the only thing keeping me here is that the work is not stressful. 18k does not cut it any longer
