Overall, it is a great company when it comes to the culture, compensation, career enhancement and advancement and promoting work-life balance. This is the only company that I stayed with for 3 years straight and counting even if it is "provincial rate" when it comes to basic pay.

Working for 3 years with TaskUs, I am very happy with the company overall. Staying true to their people first culture, we are entitled to many benefits, growth opportunities and even having fun after working hard. I look forward to many more years with TaskUs.

I am very happy and satisfied working here at TaskUs. I'm currently on my fourth year of my tenure here and I don't see myself separating from the company in the near future. I plan to grow here and the company provides plenty of opportunities for self development and growth.

Highly positive environment, we can work and dress comfortably. No discrimination among members of the LGBTQIA++. We have free meals as well.

The work environment and workload are light and very manageable. You look forward to work everyday because of the environment and culture.

Our workload is very manageable and we do have time for Rewards and Recognition within our shift. Our company environment is relaxed and very comfortable.

It makes me happy at work knowing that I am supported by my leaders and team mates not only with work but even regarding personal stuff.

Our team is trying to have a more open type of communication. As we are a new team, we try to have an amiable relationship with each other.

They are very approachable since we do have the Open Door policy. If additional help is needed, they make sure to get you to the person that can best assist you.

What makes me happy at work is knowing that no matter how how high our workload is, the team always finds a way to handle it positively and create a "light" working environment.

More than the money, the company offers ways in which we could be able to save for our future. They have annual appraisals and projects in which you could join to be able to maximize your earnings. If you're up to the challenge, you could also move up and be offered competitive salary packages.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is that I'll be able to continue to improve on a daily basis by practice and application of our current processes in place. I'm also given additional tasks by my supervisor to help me add skills that I can do that would benefit me in the future.
