We care currently on a WFH setup which I like the most. The negative thing that I experience is with their referral team whereas I referred a family member and was successfully hired even though her profile is showing at my workday as referred I didn't get the referral bonus.

So for sa good at the chr site not sure with the lwt site since we were translferred here last march. Management seems different compare to the chr site

No drama/issue/toxic just work and casual talks

workload and audits are fair and not complicated

Added incentives be it in monetary or non monetary

Keep it simple and do not over exaggerate or complicate things that ae not necessary

I cant think of the best part since its pretty much basic and doesn't stand out compare to the other BPO companies but I am not complaining either with the compensation package.
