I must say that we are fortunate to be one of the teammates here. On this note, we all know that it takes some time to hear our suggestions and feedback, and in my almost seven years here at Taskus, the compensation and perks are not competitive anymore. Causing other teammates to leave.

higher compensation for rapid inflation rate

we cannot blame them due to the low compensation we received, they feel demotivated on coming to work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
high compensation because we deserved it and to level it to the other bpo company, cause the inflation rate nowadays is not a joke
