Company benefits are a lot, but they're mostly just for the people inside the office. For us people who works at home doesn't get anything. The way they do the updates are crazy, the way they get metrics are crazy as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No internet allowance, especially whenever you ask us to have a backup prepaid internet that costs us P999 for a subscription that might just be used one-time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
fix the metrics, give out updates at least once a month with only one specific date for the launch not updates every week and different launch dates per item
