I have really enjoyed working here. My only complaint would be for recruiting to respond in a more timely fashion to internal candidtaes and be more transparent.

I have a long history in management. I have to say that the senior leaders in this company go above and beyond to ensure their downstream teams are heard and appreciated. I want to give a special shout out to Micah Jenkins and Michelle Turrubiates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is not at market rate for the role. Other companies within the same scope and same role pay considerably more. In addition the amount of job duties should equate to a higher salary. I understand lean methodology and I believe that is what's happening here.
