The environment is great. The leaders are awesome, but the pay is not enough for the jobs that we are doing. The salary is not competitive any longer. The company should consider salary re-alignment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are being trained for different types of workflow. We should be paid for every skills that's being added to our skillset. Also, base on the current situation with inflation, the salary that we were initially offered is not competitive anymore.
