Roller coaster ride. Because since there is no cleansing period, I have been judged that I am what I am accused all the time and no chance of moving forward anymore because of restrictions of escalation. I love my job, but everyday for me is a battle and stress if I still have a job the next day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Times being considerate and putting their shoes on mine.
What makes you most happy at work?
Few good people and still thinking about the main reason why I go to work, which is to be able to provide to all of my loved ones.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The few number of people that are not like most of the people in the company. There are still few good people in the company and still few good reasons to not lose interest coming in to work each day. Of course, still the number one motivation is those that I provide for such as my kids & loved ones
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lots of LOB and training every now and then and handles almost going ten LOB or work flow as they call it, but still being paid as if you're only doing one job or one LOB or work flow. Feels like I have no choice, because it's either I have a job or I do not, and clearly I need this job.
