What are some of the best things about your team?
The team are doing their best except a select few. But everyone in the team is very interactive and lively. No one gets left out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we're working on a different line of business already than the other ones we were working on and it is said to be just a new workflow when we know it was previously a different LOB. We were asking for at least a slight raise or skill allowance for it yet there's no sign of it considered.
