Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
disputes are made too often and it will take too long for you to receive the amount you disputed. They are also deducting an LWOP at times even when a TM is present the whole cut off. OTs are not fully paid there are ALWAYS missing hours. VERY VERY slow payroll team and computations are not accurate
