The TAKSUS management is really good thos some HR people we can see have conflict to the bosses working on the LOB management. Task us overall is good I wanna stay as much as I can but the only thing why I will leave the company is the manager's and OD's policy. Its a conflict at work due personal

GYM, Friends the work it self. I'm just not happy about the management in our LOB.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just please give our commission we work hard for it. We are not robot getting sick is inevitable. Please be human
What are some of the best things about your team?
our TL is great she is very focus and work very hard, but the manager handle her don't give a damn about her sacrifices.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are nice but not those who are in LOB management since our LOB earn a lot of money they are making a lot of way not to give it to us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing really. They don't care if we are sick they just want us to report to work or else our commission from sale we made provided of our client will be forfeited. Also they are doing lot of things to hold off our commission or not give it all. They created policy that is not inline with client
