The company is great overall, except the salary. It has to increase to help its employees keep up with the rising costs due to inflation. At the same time, our workload and KPI targets are increasing, and our paychecks are not. It is very demotivating. But I am grateful for my amazing colleagues.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team does our best to cope with so many internal changes in our company, and I am very proud of us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The recent restructuring and delegation of tasks within our team. Our teammates who were struggling to meet our team's KPIs were transferred to another team with less workload, and without TPH targets to meet. Our KPIs are getting higher while our scope is getting wider without any salary increase.
