My teammates is good to work with but implementing bodies is a bit too much in handling the people. They don't value the employees and not applying the people first policy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low compared to other call centers. We should paid right especially we work for US clients and on graveyard shift.
