Everything is good especially the management. It's just the very low salary that bugs me considering all the workflows we have been trained to and I believe the salary should be increased with all the upskilling that we've had.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Change the HMO back to Avega. Increase basic or maybe the allowances at least. Having to work on so many different landmarks, retaining knowledge on them at the same time, making sure to remember to apply the guidelines ASAP, and being paid too low is not fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe add a little more to it since with the 20k that we are earning and it's not quite fair for us to shoulder internet expenses considering that we are already the one paying for the electricity. You could ask us for the bill so you have proof how much it could be.

Additional increase since I did not expect to handle lots of workflow and it is not fair to just be paid the same for it. Most companies provide additional pay for those who are upskilled. Also since we should not be the one to shoulder all the internet expenses since it is used for work as well.
