Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the salaries are not matching with the inflation and the high prices that we are facing, the prices are growing but not the salaries. To have a salary that make me feel comfortable and be able to save money. I propose to adjust / increase of 5 to 7 % per year per salary.
