Ridiculously good company. In terms of work, I don't mind. However, the people you work with are causing you stress sometimes.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is responsible for ensuring the organization is diligent in selecting, promoting, rewarding, and holding accountable their leaders to live the values in their day-to-day actions and decision-making.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is having a sense of purpose, feeling valued, the availability of wellness programs, feeling engaged, working in a collaborative environment, having flexibility, and being in a positive workplace culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued during my Promotion when the time I negotiated my salary with my previous IS but it was ignored the chance was given to my co-lead due to he is resigning. I would feel better if all Leads had as equal salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team are: The team has a clear sense of purpose. Team members agree on the process for completing their work. Team members openly communicate with each other. Team members support one another. Team members openly communicate with each other.
