They need to know their job description. And they need to be respectful to be respected, they should not impose respect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need medicine and optical reimbursement as what other companies offer. SALARY. I have been with the company for almost 7 years and has started with a PHP16k salary in 2017. 6 years later, I only ever had an increase of 480 PHP giving me PHP16480 basic salary per month.
