Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, I really appreciate the respect that the company gives when it comes to our personal time. I'm happy that I was able to enjoy my day off, break time and lunch time without having to do extra work during this times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a positive attitude during shifts. The atmosphere is always light.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When it's time for work, everyone is participating. When it's time to have fun, they're really fun to be with
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part is the HMO because health is very important and it was made possible by the company
What makes you most happy at work?
The job is very easy at the same time it is very interesting. I'm happy that I am not very exhausted at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are very well focused on the mental health of the employees which I really appreciate. They also respect people on leave to really use their time to rest from work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and humble. They don't make you feel that they are very ahead of you. As a teammate, I've observed that each and everyone receives that same level of respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful. As a new employee, they never hesitated to answer my questions with regard to our daily tasks. I can also learn from them about the different benefits that we receive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO is very helpful. We all know how hard it is to receive proper medications in our country especially if you are poor. I hope that the company will provide the best HMO they could offer to the employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel happy with the work from home setup because I'm still living with my grandmother and most of the time I need to look after her. It's a good thing that I can look after her and earn money at the same time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is people first and I can really feel that. I came from the field of hospitality and tourism industry and it was a really toxic industry which I felt I was not valued well as an employee. In this company, I feel so welcome and valued.
