openness and fun environment. but lately they seems too pressured to get things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
salary was for WFH set up, allowance is not enough to cover stress and travel time.
What makes you most happy at work?
free coffee, team and the work if they will not pressure us too much with AHT.

i was originally working from home and the site was far/hard to commute. it has been a challenge when they move as from WFH to onsite. and the 1 month allowance is not even enough for the week. i was forced to get a bike and bike to work everyday. it would be nice if HMO for senior be free again
