I love that our office feels tidy,

Salary is low, getting promoted is hard.
What makes you most happy at work?
Massage chair, free snacks, hitting the required quota.

I'm an introvert and don't like interacting much

less toxic compare to others.

My current team doesn't stress me out. It's just chill

less toxic, still do their best to engage with the team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low salary compensation. Salary is just enough to survive to live with bare minimum.

They provide wellness for employee which is really helpful as it shows the company's care for mental health.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transportation allowance should be given equally to employee as everyone working onsite needs budget for transportation. Also, salary is okay when you are single but hard to manage when you have family to support.
