TaskUs is one of the best company I have been with. I just hope that you hire team leaders with proper and enough skill training before choosing them because a toxic team leader can really affect the teammate/s.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The allowances, but my basic pay is really low.

I like our SOM and OMs but not my TL.

my teammates, and our way of helping each other with the work we handle

The culture of this company is so light and friendly. But my TL is toxic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are the best, there are times that I feel burnout but they motivate me to still report to work.
