Not much engagement events from the company. Most of the newly hired Leaders did not undergo leadership training that can encourage and motivate the teammates which resulted to un-satisfaction.

You can still see your friends at the production floor even though we are on a different team and LOB
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to have a leadership training and seminar on how to handle their subordinates effectively. Most of the newly hired leaders were just hired to support the teams performance but not able to provide consideration. They also don't motivate them to stay in the company and not engaging.
