Leaders are approachable, kind and lot of patience with their people.

We're on the same page, so no need for adjustment because everyone understand where you at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm seeing a lot of potential but 1 more thing I didn't like. I understand that not everyone has the same thinking. I think that's need to change or improve on.
What makes you most happy at work?
Daily task - less stress and comfortable place. Note * Just recently started with Task us, just want to commend, TL Emman Villanueva - He's always trying to make adjustment even there's one of the teammate is difficult to handle, I hate people that don't have respect specially with their leaders.
