in the starting means in the first year it was awesome everyone respect each other and the team environment was healthy but for last 8 months it's being hard to survive cause of negligence of supervisor at efforts and hard work and misbehavior of teammate at work.

leader need to appreciate the efforts of employee and need a control on misbehavior by other teammates or by himself.

leader needs to be polite and concerned about the behavior of teammates towards teammate in the bridge as we are in wfh.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the SME is supporting in every phase and 2 other teammates are good otherwise its very toxic to survive in this team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if company can create benefits for student or single employees who are not married yet. or arrange carrier guidance instead of or along with wellness resiliency. which can really help .
