I was doing my best giving my all to the company, having perfect results and at the end they said you can't expect any career growth with us only if you move to the office which is 8h from my house and it is impossible. the company is creating a wall between the best members and career growth.

they need to give more attention to the human part of their team members

nothing encouraging just asked to give my best and work harder and harder where I don't even have a bonus or a recognition from the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am supporting 2 projects at the time but I am not receiving a bonus or any compensation encouraging me even though I am giving my best and having the best results.
