Good at first, but the company cannot sustain the goodness they embodied at first. Now it is just a typical workplace that makes you question yourself if it's really worth it to stay. I don't see my self staying here for a couple of years anymore. I feel unappreciated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lack of honesty and transparency as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can no longer find any positive or good thing about the culture of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as I have been working on a position without any proper salary alignment or increase. I am tired!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am feeling suffocated with the tasks that I am handling. I am tired and I am not being paid enough for the tasks given to me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team should be aware that being resilience is not always the answer. We are currently understaffed and they should be aware that we are just like a normal people who gets tired.
