it started great but with some policies being a bit off it somehow ruin the experience and possibility of further improvement like with their attendance policy that cannot be cleansed and the fact that they reduced the existing allowance of wfh employees when they should have given us net allowance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there was never allowance given for the wfh setup that we have now. We are very thankful that it was kept but to have our skill allowance deducted is a bit off. It is okay that that we are not given electricity allowance/ internet allowance but to have our skill allowance deducted is just off
