Since I came to TaskUs I have grown personally and professionally, I have learned to communicate effectively and to manage my time, people have always been very friendly and I have learned that any kind of request requires a certain level of importance, which I try to give. I am happy in my company, in my job, in my team, and especially I am happy in my profession.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very good team players, they are very assertive in communication and are always willing to support any situation regardless of the area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well, the way how they works and be clear, the expectation are what i think because they help me to go in the correct direction to grow up inside the company
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I know that I am learning new things on a daily basis, all the time I am developing as a professional and understanding how the technical parts of the company work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that everyone respects the diversity of beliefs, gender, religion, among others; in terms of the environment it is satisfying to know that all the teams are always willing to help
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes i work more than 8 hours per day, how the site is pretty new i always help (and be responsable) for other areas, like security or health and safety at work, at the same way i help my team with their task
